Get an Operator.

Two ways into Sophona before the paid launch: build on the platform for free, or let us build and run an Operator inside your company. Both cost you nothing but your honest opinion.

Open Beta and Design Partners

Come in early,

get treated like a founder

We are opening Sophona to a small group before the paid launch — not because we need people to find bugs, but because the teams who shape a product early tend to end up with the product they actually wanted. You get the whole platform, our time, and your fingerprints on what we build next.

Two ways in

Pick the one that matches what you want out of the next three months. If you want both, take both.

Platform Beta
For builders, software houses and automation teams

The full platform, free for the entire beta: Operators, Studio, workflows, desktop RPA, memory, telephony and meetings. Build for yourself or for your clients — what you build is yours.

  • Everything unlocked, no trial slice and no countdown
  • A generous included allowance; above it you plug in your own model keys and pay the provider directly, with no margin from us
  • A shared channel with the people who write the code, not a ticket queue
  • Your launch price locked in when the paid plans open
Design Partner
For companies that want the result, not the tooling

We take one painful process in your company and put an Operator on it. The audit, the configuration, the integrations and the pilot are on us — free, or for a symbolic fee. You end up with a working Operator; we end up understanding a real business.

  • We do the implementation work, not your team
  • A named person from our side who owns your process
  • Free or a symbolic fee for the whole pilot period
  • Priority pricing and first access to new Operators afterwards
  • A case study only if you are delighted — never as a condition

What you get from us

The whole product

Not a limited edition of it. Every Operator, every channel, Studio, RPA, hosting and telephony.

Actual humans

A shared channel with our engineers and a real reply, usually the same day.

Influence you can point at

We tell you which release your idea shipped in. Founding members get named in the changelog if they want to be.

Onboarding done with you

We sit down and set up your first Operator together instead of sending you a link to the docs.

Launch pricing, kept

When paid plans open, beta members keep the price they were promised. For good, not for a year.

A clean handover

Everything you build during the beta migrates into the paid product. Nothing gets thrown away.

What we would love back

Nothing formal, nothing contractual. If you use it and talk to us honestly, that is the entire deal.

  • Point it at something real — that is where the useful feedback lives
  • Tell us when it breaks or annoys you. We would much rather hear it now than read it in a review later
  • Drop into a community session when your week allows
  • If it works well, let us tell the story — your call, always, and you approve every word

The one thing we will not dress up

Model usage above the included allowance is billed by the provider, on your own keys. We put no margin on it, and before you run a workload at scale we will tell you what it is likely to cost. We would rather you hear that from us now than discover it later.

How the beta runs

29 September 2026

Doors open

Onboarding sessions, your first Operator set up together with us, and the community channel goes live.

Weeks 1 to 4

First real result

Support, office hours and fast fixes. Our only metric is how quickly you get something genuinely useful working.

Weeks 5 to 12

Going deeper

Design partner pilots, webinars and case studies with the teams who want to push further.

After the beta

Paid plans

Plans for software houses, builders and companies — at the price beta members and design partners were promised.

Limited number of places

Apply for the beta

Tell us which track fits and what you would put an Operator on. A person reads every one of these and writes back.

Which track fits you?
What describes you best?

We open the beta in small groups and the number of places is limited, so that everyone we let in gets real attention. We reply either way.
